The hotel is located in a quiet lane - good sleep guaranteed. If there was a possibility, we would award more than 10 points to all the polite, friendly and helpful receptionists. In total we have travelled India for one year and we consider New Hotel Suhail best organized among all accommodations we had so far. We had a minor claim regarding towels. It was dealt with and solved immediately. The room was spacious and clean. Wifi worked perfectly. One liter of bottled water was provided every day free of charge. Pics on Booking.com depict reality. We can definitely recommend New Hotel Suhail. Thanks to all of you for making our stay an exceptional one. You definitely stand out of the crowd. Please keep up with it!

I really like this hotel the staff and management are very friedly. The room spacious snd clean. The breakfast buffet is just about the best If had in many visits to India. The location is down a relatively quiet street in an otherwise noisy city. Its walkable to Charminar and only a short distance to the metro. There is car and motorbike parking and a good restaurant at the end of the street. I have stayed here several times. It s my no 1 choice when I am in Hyderabad I

Lovely hotel in a great location, nestled in a quiet street amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. Conveniently located, so landmarks are easily accessible. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of foods, there was a also a live cooking station. The room I had was spacious and clean. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Hyderabad.

I liked this hotel very much. its in a relatively quiet street in a noisy city. The rooms big and well appointed. Everything works. The staff went beyond what I could have reasonably expected. The help to get a SIM card saved me a lot of time and possible hassle. The Breakfast had decent coffee and some western items as well as Indian food. No evening restaurant but some good eating places and shops nearby. Its near to the Metro too.

Everything, it was like coming home. The staff were all wonderful, every one from room boy, kitchen staff front desk without exception. Gita on the front desk excelled, she made me so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. As an older female European solo traveller who has stayed in many hotels in India, I would recommend this hotel which made me feel so comfortable. Thank you to all the staff

The establishment is clean, safe and cozy. The hotel is in a secondary street so no street noise all day through. The staff is ultra helpful and super kind, they helped me a lot while i was sick and accomodated all my requests. You are close to Charminar and all services. I didn’t try the breakfast.

The kitchen and restaurant as well as Housekeeping staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and the meeting with the manager although brief was very welcoming.

Every time I visit ,i find this hotel is perfect.This is my continuous 4 th visit and I find from staff till management, everything is perfect.Rooms are good ,spacious with a balcony attached

Breakfast was really excellent, and there were items that are covering almost the likeable’s of the South Indian menu Apart from that, There was one guy by name SWAMI was really a gem His services are excellent and prompt The reception was always well coming, and and there for , any kind of advice and help
